Gur Shatz

Co-Founder & CEO

Gur is a seasoned security industry executive, with over 14 years of product leadership, management and engineering experience.

Prior to founding Incapsula, Gur held several key positions at Imperva, which he joined at its inception. The last of these positions was Vice President of Products, where he oversaw all Product Management and R&D activities.

Before Imperva, Gur held several R&D and project management positions at other technology companies. Gur served as a captain in the intelligence Corps of the Israeli Air Force.

Marc Gaffan

Co-Founder & Chief Business Officer

Marc has extensive experience in leading product marketing and management activities at leading security companies. Prior to founding Incapsula, he was Director of Product Marketing at RSA, EMC's security division, where he was responsible for strategy and go to market activities of a $500M IT Security product portfolio.

Before that, Marc was the Director of Marketing for the Consumer Solutions Business Unit at RSA. While at RSA, he appeared before the US Congress, FDIC and Federal Trade Commission on cyber security and identity theft topics.

Marc holds a B.A. in Computer Science and Economics from Tel Aviv University and an M.B.A. from Recanati Graduate School of Business Administration.

Uri Harel

Uri Harel

VP, WW Services

Uri brings more than 20 years of experience leading people, technology, processes and innovation, as acquired through VP and Director positions at various technology companies. He is currently responsible for the delivery of Incapsula's SaaS - overseeing customer care, operations and information security. Prior to joining Incapsula, Uri was Director of SaaS Operations at RSA, the security division of EMC.

Uri holds a B.Sc in Mathematics and Computer Science from Ben-Gurion University.

Alon Alter

Alon Alter

VP, Sales

Alon has a rich background in Sales, Business Development and R&D; management across small to large security-focused companies. Leading Incapsula's global Sales organization, he is currently responsible for driving its rapidly growing business.

Prior to joining Incapsula, Alon was Director of International Sales and Business Development for Internet security company Commtouch (Nasdaq: CTCH), where he managed top revenue contributing territories within the company's international operations. Earlier in his career, Alon led R&D Cyber-defense projects for the Israeli Prime Minister's Office.

Alon holds an Executive MBA from the Kellogg-Recanati program at Kellogg School of Management and Tel-Aviv University.

Tim Matthews

VP, Marketing

Tim brings over 20 years of software sales and marketing experience at security and technology companies to Incapsula.

Prior to joining Incapsula, Tim was CMO of CrowdFlower, the leading SaaS crowdsourcing platform. He was previously Senior Director of Product Marketing for Symantec's enterprise security products, which he joined via the acquisition of PGP Corporation, where he served as VP of Marketing. Before that, Tim was VP Marketing for big data virtualization platform provider Ipedo, and headed product marketing and management for RSA Security.

Tim holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Union College in Schenectady, NY.

Alon Alter

Yoav Cohen

VP, Engineering

Yoav has extensive experience in managing software development teams that build mission-critical services. He is currently responsible for building the technology that powers Incapsula's services, and oversees all software development and testing teams.

Prior to his current role, Yoav led the team that developed the Incapsula Management Console. Before joining Incapsula, he worked at SAP, where he held a number of team management and technology leadership positions.

Yoav holds an M.Sc in Computer Science and a B.Sc in Biology and Computer Science from Tel-Aviv University, where he is also an alumnus of the Multi-Core Computing Group.

Eldad Chai

VP, Product

Eldad has more than 10 years of experience in telecommunications and internet security technologies in both start-up and large technology companies.

He is currently responsible for Incapsula’s product strategy and execution, as well as leading the security research and operations team. Prior to that, as Director of Sales, Eldad built and managed Incapsula's sales team. Before joining Incapsula, he was Product Manager for Imperva's award-winning Web Application Firewall, where he led the development and launch of its innovative ThreatRadar technology.

Eldad holds a M.Sc and a B.Sc in Communications System Engineering from Ben-Gurion University.

Shlomo Kramer

Shlomo Kramer

Founder, Imperva

Prior to founding Imperva, Mr. Kramer co-founded Check Point Software Technologies Ltd. In 1993. At Check Point, he served in various executive roles through 1998 and as a member of the board of directors through 2003. While at Check Point, Kramer played a key role in defining and creating several category-defining products and solutions, including FireWall-1, VPN-1 FloodGate-1, Check Point's OPSEC alliance, and Check Point's security appliance program.

Kramer has participated as an early investor and board member in a number of security and enterprise software companies including Palo Alto Networks, Trusteer, Confidela, Worklight, and SumoLogic. Mr. Kramer received a Masters degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Tel Aviv University.

Mark Kraynak

Mark Kraynak

VP WW Marketing, Imperva

A 15 year veteran of the information security industry, Mark Kraynak served as senior director of strategic marketing where he was responsible for evangelizing Imperva's application data security solutions. Kraynak represents Imperva on industry-wide groups such as the Web Application Firewall Evaluation Criteria project of the WASC and the WAF vendors' consortium within ICSA. Prior to Imperva he led product marketing at Check Point Software Technologies Ltd. and Marketing at CacheFlow (now BlueCoat Systems). He has also provided technology architecture consulting for Furtune 500 clients with Ernst & Young's Center for Technology Enablement.

Kraynak holds a BSC in Electrical Engineering and English from Duke University, and a Masters of Fine Arts in Literature from American University.
