Gur Shatz

Mr. Gur Shatz is a veteran of the security industry, bringing over 14 years of product leadership and engineering experience to Incapsula.

Before founding Incapsula, Gur held several key positions at Imperva, which he joined at its inception. Most recently, he was Vice President of Products at Imperva, where he oversaw all Product Management and R&D activities.

Before Imperva, Gur held several development and project management positions in the industry, and also served as a captain in the intelligence Corps of the Israeli Air Force.

Marc Gaffan

Co-Founder, VP Marketing & Business Development

Prior to founding Incapsula, Marc was Director of Product Marketing at RSA, EMC's security division, Responsible for strategy and go to market activities of a $500M IT Security product portfolio.

Before that, Marc was the Director of Marketing for the Consumer Solutions Business Unit at RSA. While at RSA, Marc presented at the US Congress, FDIC and Federal Trade Commission on cyber security and identity theft topics.

Marc Holds a double major B.A. in Computer Science and Economics from Tel Aviv University and an M.B.A. from Recanati Graduate School of Business Administration.

Uri Harel

As VP of WW Services of Incapsula, Mr. Uri Harel is responsible for the delivery of Incapsula's SaaS - overseeing customer care, operations and information security. Uri brings more than 20 years of experience leading people, technology, processes and innovation, including VP and director roles at various technology companies. Prior to joining Incapsula, he was Director of SaaS Operations at RSA the security division of EMC.

Uri holds a B.Sc in Mathematics and Computer Science from Ben-Gurion University.

Alon Alter

As VP of Sales, Mr. Alon Alter is responsible for leading Incapsula's global Sales organization in driving its rapidly growing business. Mr. Alter brings extensive background of Sales, Business Development and R&D Management across small to large security focused companies.

Prior to joining Incapsula, Alon was Director of International Sales and Business Development for Internet Security Company - Commtouch (Nasdaq CTCH), where he managed top revenue contributing territories within the company's international operations and was responsible for overall Sales, Operations and Business Development. Earlier in his career, Alon has led R&D Cyber-defense projects for the Israeli Prime Minister's Office.

Alon holds an Executive MBA from the Kellogg-Recanati program at Kellogg School of Management and Tel-Aviv University.

Shlomo Kramer

Shlomo Kramer

Founder, Imperva

Prior to founding Imperva, Mr. Kramer co-founded Check Point Software Technologies Ltd. In 1993. At Check Point, he served in various executive roles through 1998 and as a member of the board of directors through 2003. While at Check Point, Kramer played a key role in defining and creating several category-defining products and solutions, including FireWall-1, VPN-1 FloodGate-1, Check Point's OPSEC alliance, and Check Point's security appliance program.

Kramer has participated as an early investor and board member in a number of security and enterprise software companies including Palo Alto Networks, Trusteer, Confidela, Worklight, and SumoLogic. Mr. Kramer received a Masters degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Tel Aviv University.

Mark Kraynak

VP WW Marketing, Imperva

A 15 year veteran of the information security industry, Mark Kraynak served as senior director of strategic marketing where he was responsible for evangelizing Imperva's application data security solutions. Kraynak represents Imperva on industry-wide groups such as the Web Application Firewall Evaluation Criteria project of the WASC and the WAF vendors' consortium within ICSA. Prior to Imperva he led product marketing at Check Point Software Technologies Ltd. and Marketing at CacheFlow (now BlueCoat Systems). He has also provided technology architecture consulting for Furtune 500 clients with Ernst & Young's Center for Technology Enablement.

Kraynak holds a BSC in Electrical Engineering and English from Duke University, and a Masters of Fine Arts in Literature from American University.
